The live server returned four public tools: atl_complete_task, atl_decide, atl_execute, and atl_outcome. A separate run of RoninForge Akashi v0.5.0 classified the endpoint healthy and its MCP 2026-07-28 readiness as ready: server/discover supported, stateless requests accepted, Mcp-Method mismatch enforced with -32020, resultType/cache metadata present, and no session required. This is a protocol/discovery observation, not a claim about downstream provider quality.
