【何时用】「我那几场活动各报了多少人 / 还有多少没处置」——一次调用就答完，不用再逐场查。改活动或看名单前先用它拿 slug / activityId。
【组合链】pendingCount>0 的那场 → list_signup_submissions 看是谁 → bulk_review_signup_submissions 一次处置完。
