Convert GeoJSON to FlatGeobuf (.fgb) — the cloud-native binary
format with a built-in spatial index. FlatGeobuf holds one geometry
type per file, so mixed point/line/polygon input is automatically
split into one .fgb per category and returned inside a zip.
