Every graded slab the Loan-Terms Oracle will quote — ~1,100 slabs with grade,
live ask median, census depth, liquidity tier (deep/moderate/thin/illiquid),
rank and a free_board flag (top 250 by census depth carry a free worked
derivation via loan_terms_preview). FREE. v2 (2026-09-12): graded slabs only —
raw-card quotes are no longer issued because the USD level froze 2026-09-07.
Use this when: an agent needs a product_id + grade to ask for terms, or wants
to know which collateral is deep enough to lend against at all.
