Report where one submission stands, given the submission_id returned by submit_pwa. Read-only. Returns the app name, URL, submission date, tier and whether the listing is published. Never returns the submitter's email or any other personal data — the handle is a lookup key, not a credential. Handles older than 30 days are rejected.
