Compare up to 32 predeclared combinations of deadline extensions and optional-task removals while preserving every required task. Caller supplies costs per extra minute and lost value, maximum change cost, an independent-uniform duration model, success target and fixed sample count. Search uses simultaneous Hoeffding bounds and selects the lowest-cost search-qualified examined candidate; one separately seeded confirmation can accept or decline it without retrying another candidate. Exact model bounds avoid fabricated Monte Carlo results. Return confirmed, confirmation_inconclusive or target_not_demonstrated, candidate costs, search and confirmation receipts. Minimality is limited to the supplied search-qualified alternatives; confirmed is conditional on the mathematical duration model, not real-world delivery reliability.
